Millionbut Pest Control wants each homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Millionbut Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Utah.
Email contact@millionbut.living and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
