Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homeowners in Eagle Mountain and the Eagle Mountain area in one or more of these areas:

• Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, and crickets
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Termite treatment
• Bed bug treatment

Small and mid-sized local companies are welcome. So are solo operators.

What We Expect

Homeowners will ask hard questions. Be ready to answer them well.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires for your work, and be ready to show proof.
• Explain what you find in plain words.
• Give written quotes before work starts.
• Be clear about methods, products, prep steps, and follow-up visits.
• Treat every homeowner with respect, even when they are comparing several providers.
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot.

Honesty matters. Do not promise results you cannot control, and do not make claims about insurance coverage.
